Our management and staff are committed to ensuring that our customer’s needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled

We have a straightforward approach to customer care, we treat our customers and their guests as we would expect to be treated ourselves; with respect and dignity.

Complaints; we always do our best to ensure that nothing goes wrong or upsets you but if it does we will strive to resolve the situation or give you an honest explanation. Please let us know in writing and we promise you will have at least an initial response within 10 days. We appreciate all feedback as we would like our service to be the best it can be.

Customer Feedback forms are sent out randomly to customers and these comments are used in a process of continuous improvement.
