We just wanted to thank you and everyone for a fantastic day.
The barbecue catering was fantastic - we had lots of comments from guests who loved the food - we saw many going back for seconds and one of our friends loved it so much he managed to have 8 sausages! The caterer was particularly responsive to our specific needs - we had so many people with food allergies and specific dietary requirements but she adjusted the menu and catered for everyone, ensuring everyone had a full plate.
The cask ales sourced for us and served in the bar went down well, as did the regular top-ups of champagne for the bride and groom! We'd also like to mention the DJ -he interpreted our song selection brilliantly and the dance-floor was never empty. He even managed to source a glitter-ball at the last minute!
It felt like a real team effort and your staff were so attentive to detail. Everything was seamless and so professionally done which meant we could relax and enjoy ourselves with our guests. Even the rain didn't spoil things!
We wish we could do it all again next year (a sentiment also echoed by our guests - so many people said it was the best wedding they had ever been to!).
