The Swallow Barn can be open fronted so if you wish to have a hundred guests to your ceremony they can be seated outside, or you may prefer to have a more intimate ceremony with up to 40 close friends and family seated in the barn, the choice is yours. There is plenty of space for a large marquee in the grounds so you can invite all your friends to the reception.

This secluded venue is reached by a private drive, or for a special entrance, why not arrive by cable car from Matlock Bath!

What we provide:-

• A wedding co-ordinator to ensure your day goes smoothly;
• The licensed premises for your ceremony and a marquee for your reception, with music and dancing if you wish;
• Catering of your choice; a la carte meal, buffet, barbecue or a spit roast;
• Our beautiful gardens for your photographs;
• Transport to and from the farm for your guests and accommodation for the bride, her mother or bridesmaids on the wedding eve and for the bride and groom on the wedding night;
• Recommendations for Florists and Photographer;
• We are always delighted to arrange other services for you, please discuss this with us, however unusual!
